Cleaner Assistant Terms of use

Last Updated: 2025.09.30

Welcome to Cleaner Assistant!

Hey there! Thanks for choosing Cleaner Assistant. We're Focwork Global Company Limited, and we're excited to help you clean up your digital life through our conversational cleaning experience.

This Terms of Service agreement is basically our way of explaining the rules for using Cleaner Assistant. We know legal documents can be boring, but this one's important - it protects both you and us while you're using our app.

Here's the deal: By downloading, installing, or using Cleaner Assistant, you're agreeing to these terms. If something doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the app.

Things change sometimes: We might need to update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll let you know! If you keep using Cleaner Assistant after we make changes, we'll assume you're cool with the updates.

What You Can (and Can't) Do With Cleaner Assistant

What We're Giving You

We're giving you permission to use Cleaner Assistant! Specifically, you get:

l A personal license to use the app (just for you, not to share)

l The ability to install it on your phone or tablet

l Access to all our conversational cleaning features

l Help with duplicate photo/video cleanup

l Email cleaning assistance (when you connect your Google account)

l App cache cleaning tutorials

Important note: This is just for your personal use - not for business or commercial purposes.

What You Promise Not to Do

We're pretty laid-back, but there are some things we need you to avoid:

Don't mess with the app itself:

l Please don't try to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer Cleaner Assistant

l Don't sell it or give it to your friends (they can download it themselves!)

l Don't try to create your own version based on our app

Play nice with technology:

l Only use Cleaner Assistant for legal stuff

l Don't try to hack into our servers or anyone else's

l Don't spread viruses or malware

l Don't do anything that might break the internet or other people's devices

Be a good digital citizen:

l Don't do anything that might slow down or break Cleaner Assistant for other users

l Don't try to overload our servers

l Use the app responsibly and considerately

What Happens If You Break the Rules?

We really don't want to take away your Cleaner Assistant access, but if you violate these terms or use the app in ways that could harm us or other users, we might have to revoke your license. We hope it never comes to that!

Your Privacy Matters to Us

We take your privacy seriously! We've created a separate Privacy Policy that explains exactly how we handle your personal information when you use Cleaner Assistant. Please take a moment to read it - it covers important stuff like:

l What information we collect (and why)

l How we protect your data

l Your rights and choices

l How our conversational interface works with your data

You can find our Privacy Policy in the app or on our website.

Who Owns What?

Cleaner Assistant Belongs to Us

We worked really hard to create Cleaner Assistant! Focwork Global Company Limited owns all the rights to:

l The app itself and all its features

l The user interface and design

l All the content and text in the app

l Our cleaning algorithms and methods

Respecting Everyone's Rights

Everything in Cleaner Assistant - the text, images, our cleaning tutorials, and all other content - is protected by copyright and other laws. You can use this content as part of using the app, but you can't copy it for other purposes without our permission.

Our branding: Unless we specifically say it's okay, you can't use our name, logo, or any Cleaner Assistant branding for your own purposes.

If someone's copying your work: If you think someone has stolen your intellectual property and you see it in Cleaner Assistant, please let us know at tms@focwork.work. We take these concerns seriously!

About Subscription

l Certain features within the application may require a valid subscription or one-time payment (¡°Paid Services¡±). We may offer a free trial period to allow you to explore these features before committing to a purchase. Once payment is successfully completed, you will gain access to the Paid Services for the duration of the active subscription.

l As the app evolves, we may introduce new premium features. If you¡¯re already a subscriber at the time such new features are released, you will have access to them at no additional cost during your current subscription period¡ªprovided that:

We do not require a separate fee for the new features, and

You have updated the app to the latest version that includes these enhancements.

l Payment for Paid Services can be made through the methods we make available, including in-app purchases via Apple¡¯s billing system or any other authorized provider. By completing a purchase, you agree to comply with the terms of service or relevant agreements associated with your chosen payment method, including those set by Apple or other third-party platforms.

l We reserve the right to adjust our pricing and payment policies as needed. Some features that are currently free may become part of a future paid offering. If a required fee is not paid in full and on time, access to those Paid Services may be restricted or suspended.

l Payment Method: We accept various payment methods (credit, debit, check, mobile payment, PayPal). By authorizing payment using the chosen method, you allow updates from financial institutions. For unpaid amounts, you agree to pay on demand. Continued use of Paid Service implies ongoing payment authorization.

l Purchases via Third-Party Accounts: Paid Services can also be obtained through third-party accounts like Apple iTunes, Google Play, or Amazon. Billing is handled through these accounts, and their terms apply.

l Automatic Subscription Renewal: If you pay by card and don't cancel, subscriptions automatically renew. Renewal periods match the initial term (e.g., 7 days, one month, six months, one year). Renewal fees, including taxes, remain the same unless we notify you 10 days before. Your payment method is charged for renewals, and you accept responsibility for these charges. Note: Your subscription might auto-renew and charge without further notice, except where required by law. Fees may change due to tax rate adjustments or fee increase notifications.

l Subscription Cancellation: To modify or cancel your subscription,, follow the instructions on your profile settings page. If you purchased a subscription through a third party, cancel according to their terms. Canceling your subscription stops renewals after the current term ends.

l  Trials and Promotions: Periodically, we may offer free trials or promotions, providing free access for a specific time. To avoid automatic subscription charges, cancel your subscription before the promotion/free-trial ends.

l Updated Billing Information: Provide accurate billing details and update as needed (e.g., billing address, credit card info). Notify us of payment method changes or security breaches. Failure to do so may result in continued charges, and you're responsible for these charges.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any portion of a payment once a Paid Service has been purchased, regardless of actual usage. Promotional discounts or price adjustments are not eligible for retroactive compensation.

When Things Go Wrong

You've Got Our Back, Right?

If you use Cleaner Assistant in a way that breaks these terms or causes problems for other people, we're counting on you to take responsibility. That means:

l If someone sues us because of something you did, you'll help cover the costs

l You'll take care of any legal fees that come up because of your actions

l You'll make sure we don't get in trouble for your mistakes

We're not trying to be mean - we just need to protect our business and other users!

What We Can and Can't Promise

Technology Isn't Perfect

We wish we could promise that Cleaner Assistant will work perfectly 100% of the time, but honestly, technology can be unpredictable! Here are some things that might happen (and that we can't be responsible for):

Service interruptions might occur because of:

l Internet connection problems

l Your phone running out of battery

l Software bugs or glitches

l Cyberattacks or security issues

l Natural disasters or other emergencies

l Cell tower or WiFi problems

We're not responsible for:

l Lost data due to technical problems

l Problems with your internet or phone service

l Issues with other apps or services you use

l Any costs or damages from service interruptions

We're Always Improving

As Cleaner Assistant grows and evolves, we might need to:

l Update features or change how things work

l Temporarily shut down the service for maintenance

l Make changes to improve performance

l Add new conversational capabilities

We'll try to give you a heads up when possible, but sometimes we need to make quick changes to keep everything running smoothly.

Unofficial Versions Are Risky

Please only download Cleaner Assistant from official app stores! If you get a copy from somewhere else, it might be dangerous or not work properly. We can't help you if you run into problems with unofficial versions.

Keeping Kids Safe

Cleaner Assistant isn't designed specifically for children. If you're under 18 (or whatever the legal age is where you live), please make sure your parents or guardians are okay with you using the app.

Parents and guardians: If your child wants to use Cleaner Assistant, please review these terms and our Privacy Policy with them. You're responsible for making sure they understand how to use the app safely and appropriately.

Updates, Changes, and Saying Goodbye

You're Always in Control

You can stop using Cleaner Assistant anytime you want - no questions asked, no cancellation fees, no hard feelings!

Keeping Things Fresh

We regularly update Cleaner Assistant to fix bugs, add features, and improve the conversational experience. You can choose whether to install updates, but newer versions usually work better and have the latest security improvements.

When We Need to Make Changes

Sometimes we might need to:

l Pause the service temporarily for maintenance

l Change how certain features work

l Limit some functions based on server capacity

l Update our cleaning algorithms

We'll try to give you advance notice when possible, but sometimes technical emergencies require quick action.

If We Have to Part Ways

We really hope this never happens, but we might need to suspend your access to Cleaner Assistant if:

l You repeatedly violate these terms

l Legal authorities require us to

l Technical or safety issues make it necessary

If your access ends, we might delete your account information as required by law.

The Legal Stuff

Working Things Out

If you have a problem with Cleaner Assistant or these terms, let's try to solve it together! Contact us at tms@focwork.work and we'll do our best to work things out.

If We Can't Agree

Sometimes conversations don't solve everything. If we can't reach an agreement, any legal disputes will be handled according to the laws of the People's Republic of China through arbitration with the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) South China Sub-Commission.

You Can't Transfer This Agreement

These terms are between you and us personally. You can't give or sell your Cleaner Assistant license to someone else without our written permission.

We Get the Final Say

If there's ever confusion about what these terms mean, Focwork Global Company Limited gets to make the final decision on interpretation.
