About Your Subscriptions:
l If you purchase a subscription, we may collect details like what you bought, when you subscribed, order status, and payment time.
l We do not collect or store your actual payment information (like credit card numbers). Payments are handled securely through third-party providers such as Apple.
l For details about how your payment information is processed, please refer to the privacy policy of the relevant payment platform.
Photo Library Access: When you want Cleaner Assistant to help clean up duplicate or similar photos and videos, you can give us permission to look at your photo library. This helps our conversational interface guide you through the cleaning process!
Email Account Connection: If you want help cleaning up your email, you'll need to connect your Google account. Don't worry - we only access what we need to help you organize and clean up your inbox.
Marketing Data Collection via Adjust SDK：To help measure attribution and analyze marketing effectiveness, we may integrate the Adjust SDK, which collects certain user information including:
l General location data
l Custom user identifiers (CUID)
l Details about the app and its performance
l Device identifiers like IMEI, MAC address, and Advertising ID
All data sent through Adjust is securely encrypted during transmission. Additionally, Adjust supports user privacy by allowing deletion of personal data under its OpenGDPR compliance framework.

For our friends in Europe: By using Cleaner Assistant, you're giving us permission to transfer your data internationally when needed. You can always change your mind about this - just let us know!
We keep your information as long as you're using Cleaner Assistant and for a reasonable time afterward. Here's why we might keep some data longer:
l Legal requirements - Sometimes the law says we have to keep certain records
l Safety and security - We might need to keep some data to prevent fraud or other problems
l Backup systems - Some information might stick around in our backup systems for a while

We are preparing to introduce an upcoming (not yet available) Email Cleaner feature, which will allow users to review, organize, and delete unwanted emails, including bulk promotional or spam messages. This feature will rely on access to Gmail data via Google’s OAuth 2.0 flow and will be strictly optional.
Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if you grant the App access to your Google data via Google APIs, our use of that data is subject to the following restrictions:
We only use access to Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide features that allow you to clean your inbox, such as deleting unwanted emails, managing subscriptions, and organizing your inbox.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Gmail Data Access and Usage
The App requests access to your Gmail account via Google’s secure OAuth 2.0 protocol. We never have access to your Google credentials (e.g., your password), and authentication is handled securely via Google’s systems. This access is strictly limited to:
Identifying and deleting unwanted emails;
Managing and unsubscribing from email lists;
Marking emails as read or unread;
Organizing your inbox by filtering or categorizing emails.
You grant this access explicitly during the sign-in process and can revoke it at any time.
Data Processing and Security
Local Processing: All email analysis and processing is performed locally on your device. Gmail data is not transmitted to our servers or stored externally.
No Human Access: No human will ever read your Gmail content without your explicit permission, unless required for security or legal compliance.
No Sharing: Your Gmail data is never shared with third parties for marketing, analytics, or any unrelated purposes.
You can revoke the App’s access to your Gmail account at any time by visiting your Google Account settings here: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Cleaner Assistant is designed for users who are at least 14 years old (or whatever the minimum age is in your country).
We don't intentionally collect information from younger kids. If we discover that we have information from someone under the minimum age, we'll delete it right away. Parents, if you think we might have your child's information, please reach out to us immediately at tms@focwork.work.
